at Wizardprice we dont believe in giving our customers
any nasty surprises, that is why we are totally transparent
with our shipping costs. On this page is our full shipping
table, we use this table to calculate your shipping
costs. If you have any queries regarding delivery please

Time
Scales
Stock permitting we aim to despatch
your order within 1-3 days of the order date, if for
any reason we can not do this we will let you know as
soon as possible. We are not responsible for timescales
once an order has been passed to our couriers although
we will help trace parcels where possible.
Heavier Items
Please note for heavy items delivery may be longer,
however you will be contacted via our delivery service
to book in a time that is convenient to to you. The
delivery service will be a two man service who will
place the item in any ground room of your house.
PLease can you inform customer services if you live
in a flat or you wish the item to be placed in any other
location, other than the ground floor.

Plasma
/ LCD Televisions
Please note for delivery of 42" LCD and Plasma
Televisions will be charged at a pallet rate of £50.00.
In case there are any issues with your LCD/Plasma television
it is necessary to keep the packaging for the item to
return the goods.

Has
my item been despatched?
If you recently placed an order and for some strange
reason your item has not arrived.
Firstly check you have recieved an email informing you
the item has been shipped. If not please double check
your junk mail just in case you have a rule set moving
mail into this area.
Still none the wiser please send us support ticket LOG
A CALL . You will be givin a ticket reference so
we can then trace your query from start to finish.
Our team will then follow up the
call with our courier and get back to you as soon as
possible with a resolution to your problem.
Recieved
an email but your goods have still not arrived
Please inform our customer services as soon as possible.
We pride ourselves on our customer service and as such
your call we be logged and dealt with as a priority.

We will track your parcel for you and establish exactgly
why the item has not been delivered.
Ive
missed the delivery!
Don't worry, if you've had a card through the door,
because we ask for a signature in most cases (this cuts
down on problems, such as theft from your doorstep)
you will have up to five days to collect from the local
depot listed on the card.
Please note if your item is heavy and over a specific
weight a time slot will be arranged with you for delivery.
if for any reason you have not been in during the alotted
time another delivery will need to be scheduled. However
this will incurr charges to yourself that as a business
we cannot cover, as the item is costed with only one
delivery in mind.
